I have always been the artistic type and have been drawing cars since I can remember. Although I focused hard on studies during high school, I still found myself drawings cars in the back of my maths and physics books. It was just something I loved!

After I graduated from high school, I began studying at DMIT for an Advanced Diploma of Visual Communication (Graphic Design) and in the meantime continued to draw cars. People began to take notice and started asking for drawings as birthday presents, Christmas presents etc. As computer programs changed and methods developed, I began to get more and more work and even began doing car event T-shirts.

Recognition began to grow and so did work. I got approached by a couple of magazines and a few race car drivers for some artist’s impression drawings.

As time went by, I continued to gain work and trading under my personal name, until I thought it was time to register the business. Enter the New Year and the birth of Drawmycar.com
